Wenn ich richtig informiert bin, will der Vermieter an ein Ladengeschäft vermieten, da lukrativer - kann das jemand bestätigen? Jedenfalls gibt es nach meiner Information zumindest keine Einwände von Seiten der Stadt Heidelberg (wie das hier im ersten Moment klingt) bzw. Anordnungen von Seiten der Stadt zur Schließung. Macht die ganze Situation nicht wirklich besser, ist aber dann eine Angelegenheit zwischen Mieter und Vermieter.
Fände es trotzdem gut wenn es hier eine positive Lösung für das Brass Monkey gibt.

Wenn die Familie daoben einer Bar umzieht, nimmt sie ja klar selbstbewusst das Risiko dass es Lärm gibt! Der Inhaber der Bar braucht ebenfalls geld um sein Leben und seiner familie zu versichern. Und Heidelberg ohne Brass Monkey ist HD nicht mehr!

The Brass Monkey is a wonderful institution that has brought together many friends and helped those from out of town establish themselves. It is not a loud or rough place and for it to be singled out among Heidelberg bars as particularly disruptive is astounding.
