If there weren't any complaints or issues before the new tenants moved in, it is unfair that they should have to close their establishment. I'm sure the tenants knew there was a bar below the apartment and common sense will tell you that noise will be heard from the music. They should have taken that into consideration before signing the lease.

ich bin vollkommen gegen die Schliessung des Brass Monkey. Diese Kneipe ist seit Jahren zur Ikone geworden. Wenn die Mitbewohner den Lärm nicht ertragen können, hätten sie vom Aanderswo aussuchen können.
