Seriously, they people who moved in above a bar knew what they were getting in to. They should not have to close the bar because people, who knew about the place before moving in, chose to live there.

If they close the Brass Monkey because of complaining residents above their establishment then this action must be applied equally in Heidelberg. All restaurants with dwellings above them must also be forced to close.
