As a former foster youth, this abuse by the state is horrific. Circumcision is a cosmetic procedure that should not be performed without parent consent, and in my opinion at all as its unnecessary genital mutilation which is excruciatingly painful surgery.

Hasn't this poor girl been through enough?
Instead of taking away her baby and her human rights she should be used as an example of how to overcome rape and abuse and show other mothers out there that have children and don't want them a thing or two!!
