Circumcision is genital mutilation. Since when does the state have legal rights to anyone's body for the purpose of permanent alteration of a baby boy's penis? This must be stopped.

This is a humans right issue. This baby has rights to a choice. One he can make when an adult if he chooses. If he is forced to be circumcised he loses his right to choice. Government should not have the right to alter another human beings body without that persons consent. Please, release Braelon to his mother and family where he belongs.

Under no circumstances should a mother be forced into consenting to a cosmetic surgery, that is irreversible, on her son. If this little boy was a girl it would be a non issue. Let this child have the choice to genital integrity and stop the harassment of a survivor and a loving mother.
