This child can decide if he wants to be circumcised when he's older. This isn't beneficial surgery, but cosmetic. How dare you assume to alter another persons genitals without their consent? Are you going to pierce his ears & have him tattooed also? #hisbodyhischoice

Do not allow this unnecessary surgery to be performed on this baby, against his mother's wishes! This family has been through enough! This surgery is cosmetic and causes harm, disfigurement, and can cause death!

No baby should be circumcised with out consent. This baby's parent has not given consent. She should be being supported and helped instead of being made to take care of everything plus her baby. Help her instead of hurting her and her baby. Getting baby back with mom to nurse and be cared for is the best thing for everyone. She, like all moms needs support right now. She's even younger than most so needs it even more, especially due to the difficult circumstances of the pregnancy. Please do not continue to make bad choices in this case, please reunite the family and support them instead.

There is no greater pain than being separated from your own child...my heart is with this family. Keeping positive and claiming that this sweet baby is kept whole and this family is reunited...and that this agency gets a SEVERE reprimand and overhaul so they become an agency that works on strengthening families!!!

Circumcision is still up to the parents and is irreversible. Why would anyone try to force her to have this done to him? This story stinks in so many ways that it doesn't even make sense. He can have it done as an adult if he so chooses. Over and over it sounds like one person with athority is abusing their power and trying to raise it their self!
