This is ridicuous. This child's home was CLEARED by DHS before she gave birth. There is no reason to keep an infant away from a mother who has no guilt. This case reeks of the ongoing corruption in the child welfare system that leads to displaced families and children growing up without a sense of belonging. Stop damaging this family and allow them to heal!

Braelon and his mother should be in the care of their family, not DHS. DHS is abusing its authority in assuming control of their well being while family is available and eager to help.

This is absolutely NOT OK. the State has no right to make decisions on behalf of a conscious and aware mother who has done NOTHING to require state intervention. This is illegal in all ways, shapes, and forms, not to mention animalistic in nature. All government officials in any way engaged in these decisions need to be rounded up and brought before a jury of their peers for punishment. We are not in a police state. We do not want to become one either. Give that healthy baby back to his healthy mother and other caregivers within his own family!! Stop torturing this family. It's inhumane and unconscionable.

I'm following this unbelievable drama from Germany, where in 2012 the parliament allowed by law the circumcision of boys without medicine indication. We're also fighting here against that. So it is to take hardly for me what a State authority is arranging in the " Land of the Free ". My voice from Germany: Stop this barbarism! Immediately!

Why does the state have to interfere with everything that is really none of their business. If the child is being well taken care of by the mother and the grandparents, isn't that what matters. At least the child is not on welfare and being taken care of by the state and the rest of us. Good Luck!

Why is this bring forced. Every Dr I consulted with for my son was against this. Please don't preform a non-medical procedure on this infant
