How much money does Alabama DHR get for adopting a baby? This is "legal" human trafficking. This mother and her baby need to be returned home and DHS needs to let her be a parent. This procedure is NOT medically needed. I hope this mother gets an advocate in court!

Circumcision is not medically necessary. The state should not perform procedures that violate the bodily integrity of anyone without their consent or the consent of their parent.

I am the result of a 12 yr old girl getting pregnant. I will never know the circumstances surrounding her pregnancy because she was forced to give me up. Let this baby come home to a mother that loves him and has family members who are willing to help and support this young mother in her time of need.

This s America!! We have a right to choose circumcision or not, especially since there is no real proof that a circumcised penis is healthier than a natural fore skinned penis. All my brothers, father, uncles and many friends and acquaintances have their foreskin and have never had problems!!

This is bullcrap the cps should take responsibility for what their doing and if anything happens to the baby god forbid they charged with child endangerment or something like that because if there was not a reason given to the judge by now than they basically kidnapped
