Since when was being raped and having a baby and then not wanting to circumcise that baby when there's nothing wrong with his penis a crime? Since when has cosmetic surgery for new borns become something that a state could force? What ever has happened to parental rights? The DHR needs to be investigated and the children returned to their respective guardians
