Alabama DHR you are guilty of medical rape. This poor girl has been through hell and you insist on keeping her there. The medical decisions lie with the family, not the DHR. You have zero right to force a cosmetic procedure on an infant. Instead of wasting the taxpayers money and torturing this family, do YOUR job and remove children that are truly neglected and in distress.
