This is by no means the decision of state! Weather underage or not, the mother is informed on decisions for her child and should be able to make the decision that suits her and her family under the guardianship of her grandparents!

This is what is wrong with the system they don't have to answer for any injustice that they have done at any point and time this girl has done nothing wrong she was rapped and instead of killing the life growing inside of her she gave birth to the this little bundle of joy.

Horrible that they would take this baby from his mother. Thereby stopping the breastfeeding that can save this baby's life and then ordering a force mutilation of this babies foreskin. Where is the justice, where are the baby's right? Do not allow the circumcision and give this baby back to his mother!

Something is very wrong when the states takes away children and abuses them instead of helping. Where was children aid when this happened? http://news.nationalpost.com/news/canada/doctor-cleared-after-complaint-over-orthodox-jewish-practice-of-sucking-blood-from-babys-penis-after-circumcision ...but they'd take away your baby for sure if you looked at pix of him doing it. This makes no sense! Start thinking.

Praying that this Mother and baby are returned to there home SOON. She loves this baby and I truly believe in my heart she will be a great mother. Let's please focus on the people that is out here raping these kids and getting them pregnant where does this stop. Just because she is 14 does not mean she is not capable of loving and taking care of this baby. I know women who are a lot older that have babies and don't take care of them. Give this girl a chance please. I just pray that this court and DHR will pray about this situation.

Breaking the laws is just as disgusting as forcing genital mutation on an innocent child. Which is also illegal since female circumcision became illegal in 1997 and the 14th amendment protects all parties equally. Such a disgrace. We should be supporting this mother and building her up for maintaining a baby that was conceived through rape, not making her already trying situation harder. My heart is with her and her son
