I thought I was reading about an event in an underdeveloped oppressive nation, I am shocked to discover that Alabama is an underdeveloped oppressive state. What happened to compassion, caring and accountability for a child's welfare. There are two children here who are being abused by the state!

What this young lady is being put through, by an entity that is supposed to be tasked with protecting families, utterly sickens me. Unless it can be proven that the home is unsafe (and it can't, as CPS signed off on the home before the baby was born), this family needs to be left alone!

This is literally kidnapping. The DHR should and could be charged for illegally holding someone prisoner.
