Check the power of CPS!!! Require evidence, warrants, and an opportunity for appearance before a judge before a child can be taken from his or her parents. The system is subject to extreme corruption and horrifying methods of intimidation.

This procedure is completely cosmetic and not only should it be outlawed in general but most certainly should not be forced upon any parent.

I am ashamed to be an American! What good is our beloved constitution if we don't honor it ?!! When first reading this story I was in disbelief, how could a child rape victim be treated like this ?! How could the police department ask a rapist to submit his dna at the same hospital of his victim? ! How could the hospital security dept fail to protect the the mother and infant? ! To take a 2 day old baby away from his breast feeding mother without any grounds or warrant is breaking the law! !! Cps/Dhr has caused so much trauma for this family, how can they try & justify their actions by claiming that it's for the children's welfare? Kidnapping a rape victim & her newborn as well as her twin brother is not in the best interest of anyone except for dhr! When a government office can make $4000.00 to $8000.00 for every child in state custody and even more for every child adopted out without any oversight from anyone that explains why there are families all over this country that are screaming to get their children back! ! Many recent cases have been won for these parents for their constitutional rights being trampled on ! The courts are starting to see this for what it really is, it's child trafficking for money & money alone! As more of the public has been made aware of this travesty they are outraged & ready to fight to change this sick system that is destroying families! Myself included! What you are doing is child abuse to the furthest degree of the meaning, that baby almost died in state custody but for the mothers diligence & threatening to call the police the baby is ok ! There are people following this story from all over the world vowing to help bring justice to this family! Now with the threat of forcing her baby to have a circumcision against his mothers will, you have gone to far ! Civil rights violations are a serious issue & I know that any & all of the people involved will be held accountable for their actions! It's time to bring this c

How is this even being rationalized? What is wrong with this country?! This girl was well on her way to fantastic bonding with her baby and now the stress is likely to permanently effect them both!

What in the world is DHR thinking. Cant they see the injustice they are doing ripping this family apart. I know other single moms that DHR should be involved in, but this one. I do not understand why this is happening to her.
