There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON and should be no way that DHR can do this. His mom does not want it done and it is not needed. Leave this family alone and let her raise her baby!!!

Stop the inhumanity. Circumcisn is cruel. What is being done to the whole family is cruel and evil, and DHS is overstepping their boundaries.

I have worked at DHR AND THIS IS WRONG ON EVERY LEVEL. NO ONE BUT THE MOTHER HAS THE RIGHT TO DO THIS. I PRAY GOD HAS MERCY ON ALL INVOLVED COME JUDGEMENT DAY.

To force nursing mother to pump and to unnecessarily circumcise her child simply because she's a rape victim is completely immoral. Do the correct thing and allow this young lady to parent and lock up the true criminal.

This child does not need to be medically altered. He is perfect the way he is. Circumcision is purely cosmetic.

Leave the baby alone and respect his mother's wishes and return the baby his mom and her brother back to their home and leave them be
