Abomination for DHR to be doing ANYTHING other than supporting this young girl who should not be in this position. Since she is, she should be with whomever makes her feel safe and will support her in a way that makes HER feel supported and empowered. The gov't does NOT have the right to enforce it's will on this girl and her child. End of discussion.
