This is not a communist country and since when is opting out of circumcision causing your child great bodily harm. This is up to parent and nobody else. Stop overstepping your boundaries guys. Also breastfeeding on demand should be respected especially since the baby is nursing the mother and not all of these individuals. There is not one size fits all approach to breastfeeding. This story blows my mind!

This forced circumcision is WRONG, and is not in the best interest of the child at all. The people within the "system" that thought this was a good idea should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves for putting this family through all the turmoil they've had to endure. It's a disgusting abuse of appointed power.

I don't think just BC someone gets rapped and they decide to keep the child that it should be taken away , dhr is never where they need to be what about the ppl that smoke crack in front of them , or don't feed there kids or even beat there child I mean really what did she do so bad for her child to be taken away give her a chance before you step in and take her baby away something she decided to keep

Give this young woman her baby back and the supportive home with her Grandparents. She deserves dignity and support not continual harrassment. Let her choose what is best for her child... this is HER child and she has done nothing wrong! Please Stop using the power of the state and government to continue to strip her of her rights!

It is only the mothers choice to have her child circumcised or not. It's is a cosmetic procedure and not something some government agency should but able to force on a child against the mothers wishes. Stop this!!
