This is a horrible situation for this poor mother and her newborn child. As if childbirth isn't hard enough already, they are forcing this poor woman to go through something she shouldn't have to. I pray he stays safe and uncut!!

It is wrong to force a circumcision on a baby against the express wishes of his mother! It is a cosmetic procedures with no proven benefits, but with very real risks!

DCF and the courts do not have the power to override human American Rights. What they are doing to this whole family is despicable. It is clear that DCF made multiple errors and is too afraid to admit it so, they are continuing to cover them up. If the judge does not rule in this familys favor then they need to be removed from the bench for good. This is kidnapping and abuse!!!!

This child belongs to his mother, who obviously is showing maturity far beyond her age through this whole unbelievable ordeal! It is time for the political power trip to end and for this family to be re-united. In no way should any medical procedure be forced on this child, his mother has made the decision for him, as she should have. Please leave this family to heal from this absolutely unbelievable year of events.

Disgusting! The government needs to get their filthy hands off of this young mother and child, harassing them with unsafe/outdated medical and child rearing practices. It constitutes emotional and psychological abuse... and physical in the case of the baby who is about to have part of his genitalia cut off without anesthesia and against his mother's consent! Absolutely outrageous.
