I am very concerned about the increase in traffic on Locust Way. It's already dangerous for me to pull out of my driveway.

This is awful!

I feel like they weren't being honest with us when showing the layout of what the buildings were going look like and also the grounds. I am very much against it also because of the extra traffic.

Hopefully this petition helps stop this ridiculous development! It’s the wrong place for a development for so many reasons.

To move forward with this development would be environmentally irresponsible and locally undesirable. To ignore the voice of those who actually live here and will experience the negative outcome is done out of greed and personal gain. More than the bottom line, our voices matter.

I feel you are not doing due diligence without any environmental impact studies. That hill is backfilled with construction debris and is already polluting the creek. Additionally, a project of that size will impact the run off. All of which you are aware of and unconcerned. I haven’t even begun with the traffic and effect on first responder services. And schools…. Do better. You are grossly underperforming for the citizens of Snohomish County

This is a very poorly designed development. It seems that density and money are the only real considerations here. Our neighborhood can not realistically absorb this many people, cars without a negative impact on our community. Please listen to the concerns of this community.

I know we need more housing and acknowledge development is inevitable… but this project is too big, too tall, too much. And on a compromised piece of hazardous land. Please protect myself and my neighbors by upholding the environmental laws and regulation already in place.

As a legal Mexican immigrant I came to this country to live in a suburb safe from the cartels shenanigans. I hope we can keep it that way in bothel thanks
