No one deserves this treatment by MODOT especially twice! The way she has been treated and spoken to my so called MODOT engineers is downright disgraceful! Some heads need to roll in that department!!!

The way this project is being handled is totally and completely unacceptable. If there are other ways to accomplish this without imminent domain, those means should be used first.
