The Bluewater Trailer Park is a Public PARK offering a benefit to the town to generate much needed income.

Why close a park that produces income to put in a walking garden with no income. Not to mention the cost of putting this garden in ie : removing septic systems that have been there for a very long time. Doesn’t make fiscal sense.

Please do not destroy this beautiful, welcoming community of park residents. It would be a great loss to Kincardine and the businesses and events that the park residents support. Park residents and their families who live in Kincardine will be affected with this loss as well.

Given the financial scope of the many town improvements ie Victoria Park that were recommended by the recent study, funds will not be available to properly maintain the area vacated by the park. The town will also lose the income generated by the park fees and businesses will lose camper support. Many campers also help with festivals and support organizations such as the Legion. I hope council reconsiders their decision until concrete, funded plans for the space are approved by the community.

This Trailer park is a Physical and financial asset to the Community and should remain as it has been for over 100 years. Evicting 40 families, with no alternate use for the property, makes no sense.

This is much more than just a trailer park. It fiscally positive and provides consistent income for the municipality .
