The park was the reason I moved to Kincardine. After that, I purchased a house in town. The town will be the loser if there is no park near the marina in the downtown.

Businesses benefit from our dollars being spent especially downtown, a garden would not spend any money only cost the taxpayers.

This trailer park was gifted to the town and has been used as a trailer park for over 100 years. It seems to me the council is overstepping their duties by deciding to change what has been here for this length of time. Leave well enough alone. I feel the municipal council should have put this to a referendum, at the very least. Not a decision made my 9 like minded people. What's to stop the town, once they remove the trailer park from developing said land. We don't need another set of condos or subdivision down there.
The people who donated this would be appalled that the town has changed their mind on the land that was gifted for seasonal use. I seriously hope this council takes note of what it's citizens and tax payers are wanting and decline the closure of thw park. There is always another election coming up, they need to remember who they work for.

We have been to this park with my grandparents when I was young, shared it with my parents and our children years later. It is an awesome place that is close to downtown for the pipe band and shopping. Please consider the importance of the valuable asset.

This has been a part of Kincardine history for so long. Why is there a need to get rid of it? The town is making so many changes to the waterfront. Why not leave a good thing alone?!!

The land was traditionally left for camping reasons. It’s what keeps Kincardin in a small town atmosphere. The land is not for condos.

I grew up in this trailer park . Every summer for 20+ years . Some of the Best memories of my life were at this trailer park , friends turned to family . Please do not close this trailer park down
