Leave it a campground since it has been one for 100 years. Until at which time a proper design for a park has been established. Maybe it could be both. Design competition proposals.

I have stayed at this park in the past and shopped in kincardine while staying at the park. There’s no reason for me to visit kincardine if the park is closed

I am from Michigan and have been visiting Kincardine since I was a child. This tradition started with my grandparents. Throughout the years, my aunts and uncles, brother, cousins, nieces and nephews and countless friends have been able to visit Kincardine and share many wonderful memories at the campground. After all these years, it is difficult to comprehend how this council would take this opportunity of tourism away from the community.

Stayed there for a summer 10 years ago or so. It is a hub for folks who come to Kincardine to enjoy the other parks, beaches,fishing, some quiet time. It is quietly a little diamond in a busy town.

Please save the Park! My parents and grandparents have been coming to this Park from Michigan at least as far back as the 1940’s. They used to have cabins and a separate cooking cabin. My husband and I have been staying at the Park for about 30 years and love it. Thank you for your reconsideration and God Bless!

This park should remain as is as it was donated to town many many years ago for this use. Patrons bring much to this area. Many active in Legion.
