Folks the school is a good thing. Our kids will be able to walk to school. There will still be athletic fields for them to play and the traffic will not be significantly worse that Blake Lane is all ready. Additionally the school has been planned for years if you check many maps call it the "Blake Lane School Site".

This is one of very few dog parks in the area. It's absurd that it is being taken away when there is far more green space up Jermantown Road. And traffic is already bad enough.

I have enjoyed Blake Lane park since the late 1970's - Please find another solution to the overcrowding issue (slow down new apartment, condo construction? hello?) instead of removing one of the few green, open spaces left in our area.

Even though the project sounds as a really generous impulse but it will be done at the expense of pleasure of people in the area so as at the expense of lives of wild animals living in this habitat and there is a lot of other space suitable for this project in the area.
