Leave this green space alone. Does its proximity to Bicester Village have anything to do with the sale?

Bicester Rugby Club, Bicester Town FC, Bicester Cheerleaders (ECU), Kumon (Maths training) Bicester Rifle Club - just a few of the clubs that currently call these grounds - our HOME! We are Bicester - not Chesterton - Bicester! We are a strong community of sports and other activities keeping our Bicester alive - catering for adults and hundreds of Children, Many of these children are able to walk to their rugby club after school - completing homework before taking part in their training or class. These are our grounds, our clubs - brought by the people of Bicester for the people of Bicester! Let us keep what we have left of our community alive!

How have we got to a situation where developers & councils can happily sell communal grounds & sports facilities against the wishes of the hundreds of families who use them? Has Bicester not grown enough? Have we not put up with enough disruption, development and pollution? Let us live a 'normal' life including playing or supporting sport where we want.

Rather than build houses on it how about building a community sports club and using the area for what it was intended.

Born and grew up in Bicester. This should remain available to people living within Bicester and surrounding villages as it has always been part of our community and for the benefit of families and our children.

Its embarrassing that it has even got to this, BSA should be ashamed to look in the mirror....that ground has been there longer than us all, and it should continue to have Sport played on it long after we have gone.

Absolute joke who ever is in charge of this. How about build somewhere else rather than a sports ground that can bring a community together

As a "garden town" surely you should be preserving our green spaces rather than trying to build on them all! Or do green spaces only exist in the new developments?

The BSA is a disgrace. An organisation that is supposed to help sports teams in Bicester? Pah!

A growing town with no football team? Whoever is behind this should be ashamed.

You can't have an expanding town without a football team. Please keep the club going!
