It was said at a extraordinary meeting of the original Bicester Sports Club over 40 years ago. If the sports club land was ever sold, at least a football field would have to be provided for Bicester. This was read out by Mr Dick Gebbels (then secretary of the Bicester Rifle Club). I am positive it was a condition laid down by the Coker family who GAVE the land that the sports club stands on.

seems to me that bicester is being taken over by developers,,,,we need to preserve the green open spaces not build on them.......
