Sad to think that Bicester a garden town with an eco village on the go has such little regard for social and community spaces. I find this a bit of a conflict to the councils public profile which is all about going green and creating new housing with open green spaces for people to enjoy.

BSA and Bicester council should be shamed of them selves even thinking about selling off this sporting amenity. They should be investing money into the site so it can be redeveloped into top class sporting facility. The ground should be the heart and pinical of Bicester football and rugby. Where our youths will be inspired to play at and be proud to represent our town. If poor old BSA can't cope with looking after it then let someone in who can. Next time local election come round remember the councellors who just talk about doing thing for Bicester people and don't act.

The ground should be kept as a sports area for people of bicester as it has always intended to be.

Although I am unable to participate in field sports, I think it is very important, to a growing township, that outdoor sporting facilities are given top priority when planning changes to the overall environment.

Disgraceful that this land is being sold. Thought it was donated & owned by the people of Bicester. Healthy town - bah!

The club needs to remain local & walkable for residents in Bicester to both watch & play there. My daughter (age 1) & I can walk to the ground to watch my husband at rugby so easily. It has to be centre to the community rather than on the outskirts otherwise it will be lost. We have been involved with sports clubs all around the country & the most flourishing ones are the ones at the centre of the community.

Half of the football pitches that I played on when i first came to Bicester in 1983 have disappeared.
Bicester needs this facility to encourage and promote a sports culture for the generations to come.
I am no nearer to knowing who or what the BSA is or does.
