This is crazy! It is always busy because it’s in the perfect spot for all people living in Beverley ...central!

Why is it even closing? Not everyone can get to Molescroft, close that one instead. The main post office is in town centre, easily accessible and always busy that the queue goes out the door.

This post office is always busy when ever I have been I don't think WHS will be able to cope with the extra footfall

Beverley is an expending town and being able to access a main post office and fully trained post office staff will be important for the future of the towns residents and businesses.

We are not a village, we are a town and definitely need a post office.

Beverley is growing. It’s ridiculous to think we don’t need it

This is a very busy town centre main post office, the only one. Queues are frequently 10 or 15 minutes long, it is so busy. Where are people going to draw their pensions, tax their cars, get their passports verified and sent off post parcels, etc, if this office closes? Bearing in mind that the only other one in Beverley, a growing town, is a small sub post office on the outskirts in Molescroft which couldn't cope with the volume of customers and queues, and the one in Tickton village is about to close permanently. Not everyone is able to or wants to do it all online, and not everyone has a bank account.

This is our main post office. Shutting this would be a mistake and leave a lot of people unable to access the services they are used to

this is a much needed and well used service, what gain would there be from closing it? t is a community hub which woukd render the loss of a personal customer friendly service and hub.

Fully support this. Beverley is a growing town that needs MORE post offices NOT less.

Register Square is the busiest Post Office I have ever been into, including ones in London. To even think about closure of an extremely well used facility is scandalous. WH Smith could not accommodate the number of people that use it. The Post Office should be thinking about opening more satellite Post Offices in Beverley as the town is growing rapidly.

The stupidity of this suggestion makes me wonder where the pigeon loft will be placed, or will we be down to a forked stick and a runner next? WHSmith can't even provide a useful book service, let alone anything else.
