This is part of the local and national heritage. It should be kept and incorporated into any new development.

It is a disgrace that you are even considering demolishing this wonderful piece of history! It can not go ahead!

Would be a shame to loose such an iconic building, part of Camberley's history.

What a shame if this beautiful building is knocked down and replaced by something that looks like everything else . It needs to be preserved .

Camberley looks like a dump from the A30 with the exception of this lovely building!

Historical buildings such as this are part of our heritage and it's critical that we protect them for future generations. It is perfectly feasible to develop new buildings around this whilst retaining this historical gem. Planners must act now and protect for our future. Once gone, it can't be brought back.

Have you driven the A30 through Camberley recently? It is not pretty! It has no character! I can't cut a single tree in my garden due to SHBC regulations, yet SHBC can get rid of this treasure? It makes no sense and is why people will shop in Guildford, Windsor...anywhere but Camberley.

It would be a crime to demolish a building with such history. I say NO. I'm no architect but if redevelopment is what SH council are planning which is desperately needed, how cool would this be to incorporate old buildings with new.

You can create a modern centre without destroying buildings with character.
