It's just wrong to uproot kids of any age and send them miles and miles everyday on a bus! Keep that new beautiful school open for the kids, the parents, the community!

i may no longer live in beallsville or have my children attending there but i did attend there and it really discust me to see the board trying to throw this new school away and its not even 3yrs old yet. just another example of people in power using that power to get what they want no matter who it hurts, and how goverment tries to run our lives

I have been involved through coaching, mentoring, and friendship with not only Beallsville, Woodfield, and River but also many other communities through out southeastern Ohio and neighboring W.V. over the last 28 years. I have always only heard a positive outpouring towards this district's students, families, and communities. The actions of this administration has caused turmoil and despair through out the entire district, which is having a negative effect on our children and their families. I beg of you to not be hasty in your decisions and look forward to what the future revenue of this county will do to keep our communities and way of life intact. Are our elected officials not capable of researching the facts and making an educated and responsible decision on this life changing matter? If the answer is no then maybe as responsible adults we should make a change during the next election.
Do the right thing and save this school. There Is Little To Be Gained AND Much To Be lost If This School Is closed.
We need to save the school for are children and grandchildren.
Spent 3 memorable years at BHS. Let's not make a hasty decision, and instead consider the impact on the community and its youth.
