No infrastructure to accommodate further developments such as water , electricity, drainage etc. Also not sure that the roads will handle the additional traffic.

Rate payers do not deserve quality of life to be reduced .This is a unique and historical site adding value to all.Where can one walk,cycle,park safely?Where is Council going to allocate an alternative place of same standard?

The town council is incapable of maintaining any of the parks themselves, we only have one community centre and yet when there is a beautiful facility that is being managed for them they consider selling it. The BCC provides so many more services to the community than just being a sports facility. Save our club
