Please keep the Benoni Country Club. The area cannot handle more development. We already have burst water pipes every other day and sewerage flowing into the dams. Please develop somewhere else.

Please do not develop our beautiful country club, which is home to so many bird and animal species. It would be a crying shame to lose this gem

Amazing place and has been around for a very long time, memories made there. Why sell it, to make few people rich?

Amazing place, countless memories, good golf and squash why replace this with developments that only make a few rich?

I sign this petition in favour of no development at Benoni Country Club, and I am strongly opposed to the sale of the land to Developers or for Development of any kind. All animals residing on the property have a right to stay there. Nature and history must not be compromised

The country club isn't just a business. It's a place where we as people come together to socialise and enjoy ourselves. Why try build a place to live when we would rather want to live somewhere that is worth living. The country club is a place of union. Something the world is really starting to fall short of. It's part of the jewel that is what we call home. Long live bcc.

The BCC fulfils a valuable "Sense of Place" from an Urban Community perspective. The club is a focal social meeting point for both members and non-members. Traffic at Morris and Pretoria road is already highly problematic. Further development in this are will only exacerbate this chaos. There is plenty of better located land for development elsewhere in Benoni.
