There's enough high built up areas in Benoni.. Infrastructure can't handle it!..We need more green spaces for the greater community!. Don't take this one away.. Chase away greedy developers!.

There must be lots of vacant land in and around the Benoni area that can be used for Development. To destroy this valuable area that is used by thousands of Local residents
would be nothing short of criminal

Shouldn't be closed. Sacrifice a beautiful golf course and Mtb park for housing in an already built up area isn't acceptable.

I sign this petition in favour of no development at Benoni Country Club, and I am strongly opposed to the sale of the land to Developers or for Development of any kind.

Save the country club. It is long standing and one of the only places you can enjoy a game without looking into too many houses. The cycling is also awesome there

You can turn this around, pull the development and get your mates at council to back down and make the community happy. No one is going to buy houses on BCC's land after this. It's never going to pass a financial due diligence
