Greedy Developers wanting to CREATE MORE problems for our City Council who already are unable to COPE with Service Delivery of Water, Sewerage ,Traffic and Electricity Challenges
With limited Funding our Municipality will Not be able to cope!
We have Ebotse that has a huge amount of undeveloped Residential stands still available TO BE DEVELOPED, so why proceed with more DEVELOPMENT and destroy are GREEN BELTS

A person can not even think the fact that a beautiful piece of heaven be taken away to make space for more housing what about a little bit of getting into nature after a hard days works or weekends enjoyment in nature right in town.

A wonderful peace of heaven in Benoni please dont take our wildlife golfcourse bicycle trail tennis etc etc away from us it is a savehaven away fron the hussle and bussle of our busy city life.

BCC is a lovely greenbelt in Benoni with rich wild life as a result. There are ancient graves within the borders of the club which should be preserved.

Disgracefull should not be allowed this facility is used by many residents of Benoni. There are fewer facilities available to residents to allow us to enjoy and still be close to our homes.
