Everyone has something that they do that others may find annoying, restrictions on activities is a slippery slope, personally iI think this hobby is a great activity for our youth

Harley motorcycles are much louder than most car audio and have bee around for 100 years. People just like to complain about things they do not understand. Also car audio gives the youth something constructive to work on and be proud of witch all the youth need. Don't be a baby and let audio live .
