Final supporters
We are a local organization focused on re-growing the audio community while at the same time helping support local business'.
Recently after an event in Spindale, NC there was a small portion of the community slightly itritated with our presence. Redline Audio did its due diliegence in giving the Police Department notification in advance of the show. There were no repetive noise complaints called in during the show however, a small group that attended the town hall meeting to complain. Even though the Police Department sided with Bass Outlaws & Redline audio the town council has decided that they will no longer welcome our organization nor allow Redline Audio to host other events.
This hasty, misinformed, decision by the town council to please the minority heeds substantial drawbacks to the Spindale community. Not only does it hinder the growth of Bass Outlaws but more importantly the revenue of Redline Audio & Perfomance as well as other local, family owned, establishments which we become patrons of after the shows. For example: restaurants, gas stations, local venders and other general merchants in the area.
Signing this petition to help appeal the Town of Spindale's ruling will be as if you are donating money to these local business' owners and their American dream of owning a successful company

I just looked at the screen and saw we hit a hundred signatures which is honestly wild because I really thought this would just be a local thing. It is so cool that people actually get why Redline Audio needs to stay open and now I am sitting here thinking about what we should do next to get the council to listen because they have to notice this right.

I believe an internal reprimand would be sufficient for this level of neglect. Banning a non violent family friendly gathering of friends and colleagues is a major overstep and should be reconsidered.
Harley motorcycles are much louder than most car audio and have bee around for 100 years. People just like to complain about things they do not understand. Also car audio gives the youth something constructive to work on and be proud of witch all the youth need. Don't be a baby and let audio live .
This is not an every weekend event. Ya the main point is yes it is affecting a business, plus causing the city to lose revenue for after event shows patrons frequenting the restaurants & would probably deter other events from wanting to have events in the town.
I understand the whole thing you are going through I am as well the city has yet to figure out how to close my company down over the last 2 years I have lost lots of business due to a non supporting council. Anthony Aho owner operator
Please help bring it back it's a amazing group of guys with a passion and hobby for us . Does not hurt anyone and keeps ppl off the streets and out of trouble !! Saved a few guys life's I know who was in lot of trouble and now have amazing career with audio system and love it !!

These events are a social way of practicing and enjoying our hobby. I can hear a high school band practicing a mile from my house, I've never heard a bass competition when it's held 2 blocks from my home. There's not much a disabled veteran can do but going to the competitions help avoid the horrific thoughts and depression I deal with on a daily basis. Please allow the events to remain, even if guidelines are set to where it can't be played longer than 10 secs or they have to be held away from populated areas.

This should not of been a issue the city should of ask the one complaining to of identify so called person and wrote him a ticket a business is not responsible for human actions.
