This is precious land with considerations for wildlife and the surrounding communities. Ashton road is very busy already and adding this much traffic will be hugely detrimental, not to mention a greatly increased risk for pedestrians and people crossing this already busy road.

We cannot afford to lose any more green space in Bardsley we have wondearful wildlife here even deer. The are 1000's of empty properties in Oldham that could be renivated to create affordable homes.

I'm against building houses on greenbelt. The loss of nature, animals etc is so sad. Please have a look at all the empty houses that can be refurbished, build where property use to be, e.g old mills not being used.

Please do not build on our beautiful green belt. We chose to live and bring our daughters up in Bardsley because of the beautiful surrounding area that is BARDSLEY . The area won’t be able to cope with 300 new homes and it won’t be classed as a village anymore.

We think this is deplorable, to take green belt and change to brown so to build on lovely areas and spoil great views when there are other brown areas.

We have already been facing disruption with building going on, we haven't a school,dr's dentist, and only one shop in Bardsley. Everyone of these within a two mile radius is over subscribed now.

Why must they take away our green belt. There are wild animals living here. Where are they supposed to go. Who will speak up for them. Why can derelict houses/pubs/shops/warehouses not be used instead. This should not happen. You cannot and must not allow this to happen. Listen to the people who do not want this, not only for themselves but for the next generations to come and of course not to forget the wildlife. Please dont let this happen. Too many times the authorities involved in these schemes just go ahead anyway and do not seem to consider the consequences. We do not want this and i cannot stress enough how important it is for the authorities involved to reconsider and find other ways.

Build on disused brown land instead of green belt. This in itself will help clean up Oldham and also create space for houses. The easy option is to dig up countryside. Development on brown land will help with your commitments to both housing and environmental issues.

We need to save the greenbelt. The village will become over populated and dangerous for residents. There are not enough schools, doctors to cope with the amount of new builds in the area. We will have no green areas left for wildlife
