I grew up in Bancroft, and I take my son there regularly. I remember when the play equipment was wooden. I personally would never go to Bancroft again if it were to be changed in any aspect. It's practicaly a natural historical landmark.

Love this park! Started going there as a child and now we take the grandkids there to sled and walk there when it's not to cold.

This park was a childhood Playland for me and has only gotten better over the years. Fix up the park, not the golf course. Golf courses are for the elite few, while public parks are for the people and animals in them.

Living in Lansing all my life I remember that park being one of the best places for so many events. School field trips, sport events, walking, jogging, golfing, enjoying the nature that Michigan has to offer. I believe if this park closes our future generations will b missing out.

Loved Angel Hill when I was a kid , many good memories ! Grew up on the North End . Still close by , please consider not changing to much . Let the people have a say on some also , that's the right thing to do ! Thank you

We live on Maryland Ave and we request that the basic Park structure be left unchanged by keeping it natural. The current path is very walkable thank-you.

Please reconsider this plan. An unnecessary paved path and changes to the golf course are too costly. Cutting large trees, removing a locally famous sledding hill, and damaging the general essence of Bancroft park is wrong.

I lived on Cleveland Street as a kid, spent alot of time there as a kid. It would be a shame to see it change or lose Angel Hill!!

Though into longer live in Lansing I spent 29 years of my life on Clark st. Bancroft was the place to be as a kid from the jumps and woods during the summer and sledding on the angel during the winter. My parents also grew up in the neighborhood and my grandparent dateing back to the 50's it would be a shame to were it changed.

After many wonderful times in this park I realize that it is one of the hidden gems of the Greater Lansing park system. It's wonderful just the way it is and needs no enhancements to speak of beyond filling some potholes on the existing drive through the park.
