Balmoral is residential and needs to stay residential. Lesasing cars and storage facilities do not belong in a residential area to bring in crime and bring down home values. We should only have businesses that the residents can use and benefit from. NO to rezoning!!

This is the neighborhood in which I spent many of my growing up years. It was a neighborhood in every sense of the word. Developments such as the ones planned will destroy this area - in much the way that the Mt. Moriah area has been destroyed.

We need to enhance the neighborhood atmosphere and increase our property values not diminish it by having businesses better suited for Winchester, Mt. Moriah or Germantown Parkway.

I have 100% against the proposal to build s self storage facility that will be walking distance from my home. No doubt it will greatly increase crime and lower property values. I have been a 53 year resident of this area.
