The Cheryl Burke Studio is unique: exceptional management, instructors, a happy diverse dance community, young and old, and two large dance floors more spacious than any in the area, and a size really required for great ballroom dancing, dance parties and showcases. I am a senior and found new friends, an amazingly positive happy atmosphere, exceptionally good and patient instructors both for private lessons and classes, and fun exercise and movement that is immeasurably beneficial to my life. It will be difficult to drive further to another studio. Any extension would be helpful and through the Holiday Season would be a greatly appreciated generous Holiday gesture of good will by LinkedIn. Wish I could add a lovely photo doing the Viennese Waltz at a CBD Winter Holiday Showcase a few years ago, beautifully decorated with snowflakes and full of Holiday spirit.

Please continue the lease for the Cheryl Burke Dance studio. The dancing there and instruction is world-class and enriches so many lives, allowing people to get that healthy boost in life to help them be better in all that they do.

Please save this studio. This place is a great alternative to those who don't like the club scene and who are serious about the dance, not the alcohol and meat market that the clubs offer. There aren't many places like this in the Bay Area. For this place to close would be a great loss for our community.

Hi Cheryl Burke , I 'm world Hustle Champion and Hustle Legend , I dances hustle partnering , Jazz dancingand I'm the best in World with Theatre Arts, Exciting Lifts, Dips ,And Tricks, T V soap Factory, Soul Alive , Dance Fever All First Place Winner and Also The Harvest Championship at Madison Square Garden in 1979 , All First Place Winner and much more!! I Will Support The Petition to extend the Lease to Cheryl Burke Dance .
