This will kill the Main Street and damage the local economy, all so the council can make a few quid in the short term.

this is not exeptable why should people of baillieston pay to park in street all the liveley hood of the shops keepers will suffer and close due to parking meters and drivers who will not want to park in the main street in fear of parking wardens fineing them leave baillieston main street alone

I'm a resident of Baillieston and agree there should be free 30min parking and no return within 2hrs

just another way to get money lived in Baillieston all my life and could park anywhere this is a disgrace and to add/small shops will feel the pinch as drivers will just go else where/

Baillieston has little enough to keep people coming back, don't deter them even more by having to pay for parking. It's not like we have a public car park as an option and saying that we can use Lidl/Morrisons shouldn't be allowed as they are there for customers only. I don't want to be fighting for a space if I want to do shopping and everyone parked there are doing so because they probably want to visit one of the vast amount of local betting shops!

Baillieston has little enough to keep people coming back, don't deter them even more by having to pay for parking.
