In some form or fashion I have been part of Martha’s Vineyard landscape for 45 years. My kids are 4th generation there. Back Door donuts has been a way of life and kind of like a rite of passage. It has bonded families, created dates and allowed for a sense of community as new friends are made. Not allowing them to continue would be a travesty to the landscape. Please don’t let the dislike of one person ruin what is good for so many. In this day and age we are seeing too much of this and it’s not good for the community as a whole

I have been enjoying Back Door Donuts for more than 15 years it's a shame that one person with a vendetta can close a business that has been operating for so long bring joy to so many that enjoy them.
I hope the town can see the good that they bring.

This falls on the Realtor for not setting the expectation for the home owner. Down town home will have down town and late night activities. Plenty of country side to move to VS taking away a business that is the embodiment of making memories. Be it a young adult in a summer vacation to a kid visiting with their grandparents.
