I’m from woods hole and my bests friends live on the vineyard. Late night fritters have been some of the best nights of my life, from finally being old enough to go into town ourselves and feeling that sweet taste of freedom to walking over after my friends wedding and getting fritter crumbs all over our fancy clothes. This must be saved!

Keep "Back Door Open"!
In fact put on a addition to the building and expand the hours!!
They also save lives giving someone something to munch on before getting behind the wheel and heading home!
The dam summer ginks have spoiled and changed our island enough!
Cant wait to hear who the *&^%$##@ is!!!
First they remove parts of our Statue now they want to remore more of our history!

I grew up knocking on the back door asking to buy a chocolate doughnut hot with a carton of milk. Maybe it was all of .50 cents. It’s an island myth come to reality. It’s an island staple. Please let’s keep it.

I grew up going to back door and still consider them the best donuts money can buy! One of the few activities available to an island teen haha. Save the fritters!
