Let us all be humble and kind to one another. Maybe customers can text you with there order and give your customers a time to pick up there order. Only have one to two customers approach the door at a time . Maybe put some sign up to say no talking please by the door area. Good Luck

We have a Donut Shop here ( Krumpies Donuts) Family owned and operated) in Hagerstown Md that does the same thing. Opens from 7pm-2am and the entrance is I an alley as well. They serve it hot and fresh every evening except closed on Mondays. That neighbor just needs to quit being a Karen and leave the business alone. Let them keep their Business going.

My best friend worked in the vineyard and I would visit her each year during the summer we went to back door donuts and let me Tell you it was amazing!! The lines yes crazy but their business is exceptional and donuts are amazing
