BDD is an essential part of island life! Everyone is always so courteous and friendly… and noise does not seem excessive. They’ve definitely worked hard to make it a smooth process and are well staffed back there. We love getting our BDD!

From the first time my Wife and I visited the island together in 2016, to baking the cake for our Edgartown wedding back in 2020, back door donuts have always held a special place in my wife and I’s heart. Hopefully this signature helps fight the good fight! #SaveBackDoorDonuts

Back Door Donuts is a staple of Martha’s Vineyard, just like the Black Dog, everyone puts it on their summer bucket list. Back Door Donuts has been in that location for a long time and has numerous returning and loyal customers, let alone new customers daily. Save Back Door Donuts. It’s the only place on the island where you can snag a donut for an after dinner treat.

This is one of the few late night things to do as a family on the island and it would be so sad to see this get shut down for no good reason! Whoever is hating on this wholesome & quirky fun island staple activity is a down right SCROOGE!!
