Back door donuts is a staple of Martha’s Vineyard and the amount of memories my friends, my family, and I have created could never be replaced. This place needs to stay open.

I have been coming to back door donuts every year since I was a little girl. This is an island tradition and quite frankly is a huge tourist attraction that helps the island economy. It would be a huge mistake to forgo the late night donut door. SAVE BDD

Back Door Donuts has been a tradition that my family and self, look forward to every summer. We share with our friends and family, “it’s a must do” when on island. There are so many things that we can’t do nowadays that this makes it exciting and spontaneous to grab a donut in our pajamas or after a Long Beach day…just plain fun!
We appreciate the staff and the owners as we know they work so hard to create a sense of community. It would be so disheartening if that was taken away! We are with you all the way Back Door Donuts!

Had BDD at my wedding 10 years ago! It is an institution. They have added online ordering this year. They are trying to be good neighbors.

The Vineyard is changing/has changed, and not in a good way. Please don’t add to this growing problem and ban a tradition which brings people together and makes people very happy. I’ve NEVER experienced any issue or problem whatsoever going to Back door donuts
