The hospital needs to be allowed to remove a body from it's equipment once the patient has died. It isn't a morgue. Baby Nick tragically passed away on Sep 30th. The body cannot remain in the hospital. Brain death = death.

As a mom before I can't imagine what this family could possibly be going through and as a mom you'd always try to look for that one sign of Hope and if this Baby's Heart speeding I think that's enough sign for a mom to choose not to take her child off of ventilator and it should not be the responsibility of the hospital to make that decision
