Just because a development is fresh and new, doesn't mean it is better than the historical buildings they replace. If an existing building with character like this one can be used, then let it.

So tired of the Council pulling down historical buildings. Renovation to an upmarket bar/restaurant is a great idea.

Why do councils always want to destroy local history when they dont ahve any further use for a building. If a property is safe to use repurpose it not destroy it!

Aylesbury Councils seem obssessed with plastering the area with temporary car parks. Stop them destroying Aylesbury.

We need to preserve this building. Aylesbury will look so much better with it than without it

If you are desparate for an access road into the car park knock down the greek taverna, It will be much safer to exit the car park onto Walton Street than onto Exchange St.reet.

Very characteristic building, will be ridiculous to knock it down! Love the idea of turning this into a bar / restaurant!

Have the council forgotten that they are there to represent and act on behalf of the community. Look at the poor design of the waterside area so far...
