I attended my very first show in Austin at this venue, this was the start of my love and devotion for music. By demolishing this treasured work of art, many memories and experiences thousands of people have shared will be tainted. Maybe someone else out there will be as inspired by this place the way I was.

SAVE AUSTIN MUSIC HALL!!
I partied with Pantera backstage (actually upstairs), I saw Ozzy here...Bad Religion....man, there were some good shows here when I was comin up in ATX...why would the Live Music Capital allow this to happen. Fight it y'all!

I waited so many yearssss to see Above&Beyond, and when my time finally came- it was at Austin Music Hall. If it wasn't for Austin Music Hall existing, I don't know how many more years I would've had to have waited for that exact moment just due to the fact that they are an act that doesn't come around just anytime.
This venue not only has some of the best memories for me, but plenty of others that saw a lot of their favorites for the first time here too. Save this venue!

Please don't tear down a building so precious to so many so that it might be replaced with another soul sucking corporate office. Let Austin live.

Keep Austin Weird!!! You cannot take away such a monumental icon from the people of Austin it's so unlike us! Please reconsider.
Art should be preserved.
