Sad that Frontier does not know what they have. Jennifer comes from a small town and knows what it takes to keep kids doing the right thing and has always been involved with the community. Sad this school does not know what value she brings to the school but I can guarantee that another school would love to welcome her and take care of those who need to be taken care of and to have someone who is involved..

Let me get this straight: the kids love her, the parents love her, & she does her AD job exceptionally well...but IF we'd ever need her to drive a bus, she's not licensed...she's gotta go! Well played Kathy Rowe, well played!

I am sad to see that the integrity and professionalism of Jennifer Jacoby has even been questioned enough to consider terminating her as athletic director at Frontier. She is a genuinely caring and altruistic person who goes above and beyond as a professional...the same way she did on her small town basketball court to reach her own personal goals. It is obvious from the support expressed by parents and students at the school that Jennifer is fully invested in these student's athletic as well as academic pursuits. Wake up Frontier school board...guess you can't recognize a good thing when you have it. I wouldn't blame her for seeking employment at other school systems that fully appreciate her commitment and devotion to supporting and inspiring student-athletes.

Ms Jacoby is a great asset to Frontier! She has done more in 1 year for the kids, the school, sports and parents then the last AD has done. She is at all the sporting events either working the conssesions herself or with her mom, making sure everything is needed for the scoreboard and supporting our kids! She is very approachable and makes everyone feel welcomed. I don't know any kids or parents that don't like Jennifer. She is good with all the kids, whether they are in sports or not in sports and even willing to help the younger kids in sports that aren't even at the high school level yet! Frontier needs her. #savejacoby. #bestAD
