At the end of the year our Athletic Director is being let go and his job is being absorbed back into the vice principals position due to budget issues. This really saddens me. I feel as if he has been a much needed positive influence to our athletic department. The school spirit in Memphis has never been so strong and he is the main reason for this! I really want our community to come together for our athletes, they deserve to have an athletic director like Mr Drake Okie who cares for each and every one of them! #westayweplaywewin #wearememphis #saveADDrakeOkie #KeepMrOkie
